Air

The Air Element is when body parts make dexterities either around, over, under… while the hand sack is in the air. That is called the “TIGER STYLE”. Or when the hand sack spins, twist and flips on itself, that is called the “GRASSHOPPER STYLE”.

“GRASSHOPPER STYLE” … AKA “FLIPS” (Twists, Spins).

“Half-Hard Flip” & “Hard Flip”: On the right hand a “hard flip” is going to the right or clockwise.

“Rev. Half-Hard Flip” & “Rev. Hard Flip”: On the right hand a “rev. hard flip” is going to the left or counter-clockwise.

“Half-Kick Flip” & “Kick Flip”: A “kick flip” is a roll going forward.

“Half-Heel Flip” & “Heel Flip”: A “heel flip” is a roll going backward.

“Half-Shove It” & “Shove It”: A flat rotating spin like a clock, on the right hand a “shove-it” is going left or counter-clockwise.

“Rev. Half-Shove It” & “Rev. Shove It”: On the right hand a “rev. shove-it” is going right or clockwise.

“Varial”: A combination of a “Hard-Flip” and a “Shove-it”.

“Air Walk”: While the sack is tossing up, make two fingers walk in the air as if they were legs, do this while following the sack going up and down until the catch.

“Flare”: While staying flat, the sack creates a full circle loop.

“Gymnastic-Stance”: Follow the toss and “pinch” between the fingers, when sack is at maximum height.

“Tail Whip”: A “Tipster” hit of the index finger on the flying sack, that makes it flip.

“Grind 50/50”: The hand sack, slides along the forearm either way.

“Vert Drop”: Get to a upside down vertical position (“Vert”) and drop it to go catch it back at the bottom.

“Impossible”: Make the hand sack spin and remain in contact your finger. Index is easier, go up and down to follow it.

“Manual”: Make the hand sack stay standing up like a pillar on your backhand while going upward.

“TIGER STYLE” … AKA “DEXTERITIES” (DEXES)

“Cold-Fusion” & “Re-Fusion”: Go under the other hand crossing, then toss gently and catch it on the other hand, keep doing this the other way and in an infinite manner. Keep it small and flat in front of you, making the hands move gradually more and more together.

“Illusion” & “Mirage”: The other hand goes around the hand sack and that’s it. Going over and then under is “Illusion”. Going under and then over is “Mirage”. Go twice around for the “Double-Illusion” & “Double-Mirage”.

“360” & “Rev. 360”: Going one full spin around the hand sack with the same hand before catching it. On the right hand, a “360” is when the hand spins counter clockwise.

Go two times around it for the “720” & “Rev. 720”. Go three times for the “1080” & “Rev.1080”.

“Under-Hand”: To catch with the hand under and crossing the other hand. Easy to mix.

“Turbine” & “Tumbleweed”: Hands are spinning like a barrel or a boxer practicing around the hand sack. Outward is the “turbine” and inward is the “Tumbleweed”.

“Scissors”: Make the hands and forearms do like scissors crossing.

“Wolverine”: “Illusion” first with the other hand, followed by a 360 with the tossing and catching hand. Go for a “Double-Wolverine” too! Or go backward!!

“540” & “900”: Going a spin and a half with the other hand and catch with it as well. The “900” is two and a half spins. From a right hand to a left hand, the left hand spins clockwise in a “540”. Go infinite and get…“Confusion/540” & “Reconfusion/rev540”.

“360-switch” aka “Pixie”: Do a “360” but catch with other hand instead.

“Tidal Waves” & “Rev. Tidal Waves”: Do a “Illusion” followed by a “Rev. 360”. It’s a “Wolverine” in a different order; make both hands spin in the same direction.

“Double-Hand-Over” & “Rev. Double-Hand-Over”: Both hand spin in a 360 together in the same direction. Hand switches on the catch are fun to add.

“Butterfly” & “Dragonfly”: “Illusion” from both hands at the same time for “Butterfly” and “Mirage” from both hands for “Dragonfly”. Hand switches on the catch again are fun to add in there.

“Recto-Verso”: A “360” followed by a “rev.360” in one move with the same hand.

“Zorro”: It’s a complicated brushing of the hand doing a 360, rev.360 and a 360 around the sack, but only going around twice, go figure!

“Extreme-Fusion”: The same as “Cold-Fusion” but all the way to the outsides while flying low from one side to another back and forth.

“Finger-Snap” & “Hand-Clap”: In between the toss and catch, either snap your fingers or clap your hands together. Going for multiples is quite fun, one more every time. Go different for the “Foot Slap” & “Knee Slap”.

“Hair-Brush” & “Tie-Fix”: While the sack is in the air, go brush your forehead or adjust your pretended necktie in a fashion manner.

“Cobra” & “Chop”: Strike the air with a pointing forward hand like a spear for the “Cobra”. The “Chop” is like a karate or judo chop.

“Fist of Lightning”: From the front of the fist catch pointing up, then punch in front of you and catch the same way again.
