Hand Sack tricks are a main tool in developing eye-hand coordination and therefore a key sports training tool is the Saceasi Hand Sack Tricks range from simple balance and movement exercises, much like Tai Chi, to more challenging toss and catch tricks, outlined in the Dragon and Bear animal styles. As you practice your eye-hand coordination improves, challenge yourself by combining fundamental trick elements together. The possibilities are endless. When traveling across the United States in an RV for years on end, all in the name of the hand sack, there were many busy days full of jamming and spreading the word. There were also many nights that were filled with practice, brain storming and game development which lead to the following animal style organization and breakdown for all hand sack tricks. While many of these tricks have been borrowed and inspired from other sports like footbag, soccer, or even pop culture icons. There is a large number of Tricks invented myself, the Myachi team, and most importantly many of these tricks were invented by individual hand sack jammers, most of whom had just been introduced to the product. That being said we have a open call for videos for your favorite combos, jams or even trick inventions. In the art of the Hand Sack,tricks are divided into 4 elements… WATER , EARTH , FIRE, AND AIR. Each element has 2 animal styles.
WATER: SNAKE Style (Inertia) & MONKEY Style (Contorsions)
EARTH: DRAGON Style (Lower body stalls) & EAGLE Style (Upper body catches)
FIRE: BEAR Style (Traps) & HORSE Style (Hits & Kicks)
AIR: TIGER Style (Dexterities) & GRASSHOPPER Style (Flips & Spins)
