You are now watching: How to Play

1 – First you must keep the SAC on the back of your hand while making movements, starting slowly and gradually going faster using inertia. This is the martial art basic concept of “Tai-Chi” where the game gets all its famous energy.

2 – Then we go to “Juggling”, learning to toss and catch it from one hand to another and do tricks. It’s like catching an egg or a water balloon, absorb and give with it! Go around it with the hand, toss it under the leg, kick it or bounce it off your shirt… Alone or with friends, there are tons of tricks and games with videos in the page “PLAY”.

3 – All other body parts are also allowed, but no palms! That is because the game was an inspiration from “Footbag” (Hacky Sack). And remember to catch and not hit the SAC using the back of the hands.

The “SÄCEASI” HAND SACK is either round or oval and hand made. It’s patented multi-panel design, gives it more colors and a better playability. Beware of imitations! Get your SAC in the “GET A SAC” page.
